Asado’s first Argentinian Independence day is coming on Tuesday July 9th and we are extra fired up and ready to celebrate.
We will be delivering Argy classics from our menu all day from 12pm till late with live entertainment in the evening just to make everything extra special.
Executive Chef Oliver Gould is paying tribute with his Locro en zappollo de calabaza. This stew of beef, pork, chorizo, beans, rice, sweetcorn and pumpkin is served inside a golden nugget pumpkin which is charred in our Parrilla. Eaten throughout the year in Argentina is a traditional dish consumed on Independence Day.
