Every weekend, Executive Chef Oliver Gould will be creating a delicious Roast Special featuring charcoal roasted meats, tasty sides and of course an Alfajor for sweets. Each roast serves two people and comes complete with heating and serving instructions so cooks of all levels can enjoy!

Paleta de Cordero: Slow roast lamb shoulder with chipotle & smoked almonds
Remolacha: Pickled beetroot, charred onion, whipped smoked feta
Papas a la crema: Creamed potatoes with Manchego cheese
Alfajor: Argentine cookie filled with dulce de leche.
Pre-Order now for pick up from Asado this Saturday & Sunday. Asado is located at 6 Riverside Quay Southbank and operates from 11am till 9pm, 7 days a week.
