For three generations the O’Connor family has been sourcing the finest quality beef from Gippsland, grazing on what is undeniably Australia’s most prized environment for producing premium beef. A popular choice of many top restaurants, particularly in Melbourne, including our restaurant Asado.
Alongside Tim O’Connor, Sol Y Vino ambassador, Gonzalo Larre will take guests on a journey through Argentina’s most renowned wine regions, as every glass of vino is paired perfectly with each course.
You will be seated in our private dining space of which features a bespoke curing cabinet where we dry age our own cuts of beef supplied to us by O'Connors. These beautiful cuts would be nothing without someone to cook it. Our Chef, Camilo Guzman, has carefully curated a menu showcasing the complexities of grass fed and dry aged beef.
