We’ve gathered our finest dishes into one impressive menu. The star of the show is a phenomenal cut of Wagyu from the renown Black Opal Wagyu: 14 days dry aged Black Opal MS6/7 F1 Wagyu bone-in Striploin, cooked to perfection on our Parrilla charcoal grill.
To accompany this beautiful cut, enjoy 5 courses of Asado favourites including empanadas, scallops, oysters, short-ribs, slow-cooked pork and more. Finish the experience with the crowd favourite alfajor helado (frozen alfajor), our newest Dulce de Leche dessert.
The El Primo set menu is available for bookings of 4 or more, and guests are required to pre-book 24 hours in advance due to the exclusivity of the Wagyu cut.
