NYE - Hola 2023 with Asado: Fiesta in Paraíso!

Asado is dialling up the humidity on Southbank this NYE with their tropical fiesta.

Be transported to the tropics by the colourful, funky music of three-piece band Jaspora. With elements of Tropical Reggae, Caribbean Soca & Calypso, Jaspora’s live performances throughout the evening will put you in a holiday state of mind.

A delicious selection of menus curated by Head Chef Camilo Guzman will incorporate fresh tropical elements whilst highlighting the finest parts of Asado’s cooking style.

Pull out the loud shirt - tropical-style dress is optional but encouraged!

Empanada de Humita: Grilled corn, Manchego, cumin and smoked chilli empanada

Croqueta de trucha: Smoked Ocean trout croquette, lemon and lime aioli

Tiradito de Corvina: Hiramasa kingfish, passionfruit tigers’ milk, caramelized purple Congo potato, beach banana, coriander

Pulpo: Fremantle octopus, spring peas, parley puree, paprika oil

Ojo de bife: MS5+ Pure black barley fed Angus scotch fillet

Lechuga: Mixed lettuce salad, pickled red onion, chives, radish and lime vinaigrette

Papas: Steak cut chips, green tomato ketchup, salted ricotta

Torta de Queso: Coconut and ricotta cheesecake, grilled pineapple, peaches, shortbread crumb

Boquerones Moruno: Yurrita white anchovy, tomato and Jamon Iberico on garlic toast.
