Head Chef Camilo Guzman and Sous Chef Jeremy Song have put their minds together to carefully curate an unforgettable menu. It features a tantalising selection of Australian wild meats including venison, wild boar and kangaroo, all expertly cooked over an open fire and Parrilla charcoal grill using traditional Argentinian cooking methods and complemented by fresh and vibrant ingredients.
