What is your favourite dish at Asado?

Our new ceviche, barramundi, peach tiger’s milk, grilled corn, red onion, coriander.  

What is your favourite thing about working in the industry?

I really enjoy the challenge and the intensity. It makes you feel like you have accomplished a lot each day.  

What inspires you?

Food inspires me. Appreciate good produce. The industry, you never stop learning.
